Our storage uses RAID redundancy, so a single drive failure doesn't affect your data. We also back up to a separate physical server. We monitor hardware health and replace failing drives before they become a problem.
Yes. You can generate a shareable link for any file or folder. You can optionally add a password and set an expiration date. Anyone with the link (and password, if you set one) can download the file — no account needed.
All traffic between you and our servers is encrypted with TLS. Files are stored on encrypted volumes at rest. However, this is server-side encryption — we hold the keys. For true zero-knowledge encryption (where even we can't read your files), you can use external tools like Cryptomator on top of your storage. We're happy to help you set that up.
You can cancel anytime. We'll give you a 30-day window to download all your files before we close the account. No lock-in, no "we'll keep your data forever" nonsense. It's your data — take it with you whenever you want.
